Refunds and Replacements


We want everyone who uses our awesome Ultima Portable AC to feel the cool, comfort, and relief from the heat and humidity. 


However we understand that these amazingly powerful devices may not meet everyones needs.


If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see instructions below to request a refund or replacements.


Did your portable AC arrive damaged? (very rare) If so, email us a picture along with receipt / legal proof of purchase to ultimaportable@dreamsupport.io. We'll mail you a replacement.

Before you do, just be sure that..

You request for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you purchased your portable AC unit.

You request for a replacement within 60 calendar days from the day you purchased your portable AC unit.


Also, to qualify for a refund or a replacement, please be sure that:

  1. Email ultimaportable@dreamsupport.io for instructions on how to submit your return and print out your return shipping label (note: return shipping cost is paid for by customers including a 15% restocking fee).
  2. Return package includes proof of purchase.
  3. That's there is no serious damage that we're not responsible for. If a dog chewed up the unit, sorry we cannot give you a refund or replacement for that!

If you're unsatisfied with the portable AC unit, if the portable AC unit breaks down after normal use, we'll be happy to provide you a refund (within 30 days of purchase), or a replacement (within 60 days of purchase).


If you received damaged goods, we'll be happy to mail you a replacement (just need picture proof and proof of purchase).


Refund Processing: You can expect a refund within 7 business days from the day we receive the AC unit back.

Bottom line: whether you use Ultima Portable AC or not, we want to make sure you've had a great experience with us. :)
